Performance Marketing, Meta Ads for Beauty Studios

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance Meta Ads – You will initiate and oversee advertising campaigns on Meta for our clients, continuously refining them for improved results. (Experience with Facebook Business Manager and performance marketing is a plus)

• Create promotional videos – You will develop advertisement videos for our clients. (Simple to learn with a basic technical background)

• Design funnels & landing pages – You will construct high-performing funnels for our campaigns. (Utilizing standardized procedures)

• Conduct onboarding sessions – You will assist new clients in navigating our processes. (Experience with Facebook and Business Manager is necessary)

• Provide client support via WhatsApp – You will address client inquiries and ensure their campaigns are functioning effectively. (Basic marketing knowledge is required)

• Participate in weekly client meetings – You will analyze performance and enhance campaigns collaboratively with clients. (Experience with Facebook Ads, funnels, and algorithms is essential)

• Basic technical proficiency and confident use of a Mac (Apple)

• Experience with Meta Ads, funnels, and algorithms

• Fundamental understanding of marketing and performance advertising

• Strong communication abilities and capacity to work autonomously

• Interest in the beauty and cosmetics sector (advantageous)
