• The Performance Marketing Manager is a client-facing role at Crealytics that is driven by analytics.

• You will assist the Campaign Management Team in developing and implementing strategies for our global clients.

• Your key responsibilities will include campaign optimization, ensuring quality control, and providing customer support.

• Specifically, you will focus on optimizing campaigns across biddable media platforms.

• You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at transforming complex data sets into engaging narratives.

• You will work closely with our clients to ensure their success, acting as their voice within the organization and keeping us aligned with their goals while driving our business forward.

⛳️ Requirements

• You should have familiarity with search engine marketing management, having gained experience in basic campaign optimization using Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

• Proficiency in Excel is essential. You know how to create compelling stories from data and bring your analyses to life.

• A collaborative spirit is crucial. You can support your team across various projects and thrive in an inclusive, all-in culture.

• You are a strong communicator, whether in person, virtually, or through emails and instant messaging.

• Critical thinking is one of your strengths. You take ownership of your projects, advocate for your clients, and are willing to challenge the status quo.
