Performance Marketing Manager, SEA & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Oversee comprehensive performance marketing initiatives with an emphasis on SEA, SEO, and tracking.

• Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Manage operational campaigns, develop strategic plans, and conduct technical analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in SEA, SEO, and tracking, preferably with agency exposure.

• Familiarity with popular AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT.

• Proficient in tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and various SEO tools.

• Comfortable managing and interpreting large data sets.

• Strong client-facing skills with the capability to clearly explain complex subjects.
