This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will create cross-channel performance marketing strategies for our clients, including Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• You will plan, oversee, and enhance campaigns based on well-defined KPIs such as leads, ROAS, CPA, or revenue.
• You will comprehend the significance of each channel within the customer journey and allocate budgets in a strategic manner.
• You will analyze campaign data to uncover growth opportunities and develop specific optimization strategies.
• You will collaborate closely with our Creative team to produce high-performing ads and establish effective testing methodologies.
• You will manage client accounts autonomously, present results through reports, and serve as a strategic partner on an equal level.
• You will identify opportunities in the funnel, tracking, attribution, and conversion processes.
• You possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• You have strong experience with Meta Ads and ideally additional knowledge in Google Ads.
• You have independently managed and successfully scaled campaigns focused on lead generation and/or e-commerce.
• You understand cross-channel performance strategies and know how to effectively integrate Meta Ads with Google Ads.
• You can confidently analyze data and make informed decisions based on your interpretations.
• You communicate effectively with clients and can clarify complex topics in an easily understandable manner.
• You work independently, methodically, and uphold a high standard of quality.
