Performance Marketing Manager, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and enhance paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other pertinent platforms.

• Take charge of budget oversight, pacing, and performance analytics across various channels.

• Create testing methodologies for creative assets, copy, target audiences, and landing pages.

• Establish and uphold accurate tracking and attribution throughout campaigns (GA4, pixels, UTMs).

• Convert performance metrics into insightful analyses and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of platform updates, industry developments, and emerging channel opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams on creative briefs, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of practical performance marketing experience, preferably within a SaaS or digital health context.

• Proficient in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads.

• Strong grasp of tracking, attribution, and marketing analytics.

• Data-driven approach with the capability to convey results effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

• Native or near-native proficiency in German — you write copy and understand the market.

• Comfortable working autonomously and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• An inclination for experimentation and iteration — you consistently test new strategies, whether it be a bidding approach, automation, or improved workflow.

• Bonus: experience managing multi-location or local campaigns, ideally across a distributed network of physical locations.
