• The Performance Marketing Manager is charged with enhancing brand growth and engagement on social media platforms through innovative content, paid advertising campaigns, and community management.
• This position integrates strategic planning with practical execution, encompassing content creation, campaign oversight, and performance assessment.
• Furthermore, the role entails providing administrative and marketing assistance, which includes sending marketing emails, database management, lead generation, and various ad hoc tasks to foster overall business development.
• The ideal candidate is both imaginative and analytical, skilled at balancing overarching strategy with hands-on execution.
• We are seeking a proactive digital growth leader to drive expansion across two ventures: an e-commerce client (focusing on conversion, SEO, automations, landing pages) and a creative agency (enhancing digital presence, generating inbound leads, building a pipeline, establishing authority, and fostering partnerships).
• Demonstrated experience in e-commerce conversion rate optimization (CRO) and automation implementation (not merely advisory).
• Strong foundational knowledge of SEO, encompassing both technical and on-page aspects.
• Capability to swiftly create landing pages and monitor their performance.
• Flexibility in work hours and location, emphasizing energy management rather than strict time constraints.
