Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the paid acquisition strategy for all companies and brands within the VizX portfolio.

• Create scalable growth strategies that align with the distinct goals, customer journeys, and revenue objectives of each brand.

• Collaborate with business leaders and marketing stakeholders to define KPIs, establish forecasting models, and develop growth plans.

• Discover new acquisition opportunities, channels, audiences, and market segments to enhance growth.

• Oversee and optimize media budgets to maximize ROAS, CAC, LTV, pipeline generation, and overall business impact.

• Track campaign performance and proactively seek opportunities to improve efficiency and scale results.

• Design and manage a comprehensive testing roadmap encompassing creative, audience targeting, landing pages, messaging, offers, and channel mix.

• Develop ongoing optimization frameworks that consistently enhance campaign performance.

• Present performance insights, forecasts, and growth opportunities to executive leadership.

• Work in partnership with brand leaders, creative teams, content teams, and marketing operations to implement growth initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or leadership in paid media.

• Demonstrated success in formulating and executing customer acquisition strategies that lead to measurable revenue growth across various brands, business units, or product lines.

• Experience managing extensive and complex paid media budgets with responsibility for performance, efficiency, and ROI.

• Proven ability to allocate, forecast, and optimize marketing expenditures across diverse channels, campaigns, and business goals.

• In-depth knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid acquisition platforms.

• Strong comprehension of attribution modeling, conversion tracking, analytics, customer journeys, and performance assessment.

• Proven track record in building and scaling acquisition funnels while enhancing CAC, ROAS, pipeline generation, and customer lifetime value.

• Expertise in creating testing roadmaps and experimentation frameworks across diverse audiences, creative elements, landing pages, offers, messaging, and channel mix.

• Ability to pinpoint growth opportunities, uncover performance insights, and convert data into actionable acquisition strategies.

• Experience in presenting performance results, forecasts, and investment recommendations to executive leadership.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, balancing long-term growth initiatives with day-to-day performance management.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with competing priorities and complex business objectives.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience managing agencies, vendors, or internal performance marketing teams is highly preferred.
