This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of the strategic direction for intricate Paid Search configurations and oversee international client accounts.
• Create and refine cross-channel Paid Search and full-funnel strategies.
• Guide and prioritize operational initiatives with a strong emphasis on impact, scalability, and sustainability.
• Foster and perpetuate a robust testing and learning culture within Paid Search, which includes clear hypotheses, structured testing, and systematic insight derivation.
• Ensure continuous evaluation, testing, and refinement of new ideas, formats, and platform features.
• Offer strategic consulting at an executive level, involving close collaboration and engagement with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assume functional leadership of the entire international SEA / Paid Search team, focusing on methodologies, standards, quality, and development.
• Empower, mentor, and assist team members in their daily operational tasks.
• Lead pitches, client presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Paid Search / SEA / Search Advertising.
• Strong strategic insight into performance marketing, business objectives, and digital ecosystems.
• Experience managing complex account structures, automation, and advanced Paid Search configurations.
• A keen interest in formulating hypotheses, testing concepts, and consistently enhancing performance.
• Proven track record in strategic consulting and direct client engagement.
• A structured, self-motivated working style, particularly in a remote setting.
• Proficient (business-level) skills in both German and English are essential.
