This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Transform business objectives into a comprehensive Paid Social strategy encompassing prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty initiatives.
• Set client expectations, clarify options and trade-offs, and communicate results in straightforward language connected to business outcomes.
• Combine proficient Paid Social skills (creative + audience + signal) with an expanding multi-channel knowledge base (Search, Commerce, CRM, Creative).
• Educate clients and team members, documenting successful strategies for future reference.
• Leverage platform features and automation to enhance results (e.g., Meta Advantage+, value optimization, CAPI; TikTok Smart Performance; Pinterest Performance+).
• Conduct small tests, demonstrate value, and then scale efforts.
• Utilize insights from our Bliss Point product suite, including Forecasting, Always-On Incrementality, Creative Insights, and Brand Equity, to inform budgets, tests, and creative/audience decisions; provide feedback for tool enhancements.
• Create actionable tests (preferably holdout/lift tests; otherwise solid A/B tests), establish success criteria ahead of time, and maintain a consistent monitoring schedule.
• Ensure data integrity and tracking accuracy (pixel/CAPI, event mapping, UTMs/GA4); articulate the limitations of data when suggesting adjustments.
• Act swiftly, honor commitments, and minimize waste (e.g., creative fatigue, overlapping audiences, learning-phase resets).
• Over 5 years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns on Meta and TikTok; experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit is advantageous.
• Proficient in: Meta Advantage+/value optimization/CAPI; TikTok Smart Performance; Pinterest Performance+; audience design; creative testing; fundamental catalog/DPA.
• Technical proficiency: Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics; capable of effectively designing tests and linking media to revenue, CAC, and LTV.
• Communication and collaboration skills: Prepared for senior stakeholder storytelling; able to influence across various functions; client-facing demeanor.
