📋 Description

• Implement multi-channel paid media strategies utilizing Google, Bing, Meta, Reddit, influencer collaborations, and affiliate networks.

• Take ownership of in-platform campaign creation, optimization, testing (including creative, bidding, audiences, and landing pages), and budget management to achieve CAC, ROAS, and revenue objectives.

• Analyze performance trends and proactively suggest tactical adjustments to enhance efficiency, scalability, and contribution margin.

• Oversee and refine Google paid search, Meta paid social, Reddit performance campaigns, influencer engagements, affiliate initiatives, and any additional channels as assigned.

• Develop structured testing plans across channels to unlock incremental growth while maintaining efficiency targets.

• Work in collaboration with creative, analytics, and product marketing teams to enhance messaging consistency and conversion success.

• Manage daily and weekly performance reports, budget analysis, and channel forecasting.

• Ensure precise tracking, attribution alignment, and conversion integrity in collaboration with analytics and marketing operations teams.

• Uphold stringent budget management practices and create clear documentation of optimizations, tests, and insights gained.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of practical performance marketing experience overseeing paid search and paid social budgets with a clear focus on revenue accountability.

• Direct experience with Google, Bing, and Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with Reddit ads, influencer initiatives, or affiliate platforms is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in managing CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin targets.

• Passionate about execution — enjoy crafting campaigns, initiating tests, optimizing bids, and enhancing conversion rates.

• Comprehensive understanding of full-funnel acquisition strategies and the role of paid channels in driving immediate revenue and fostering long-term brand demand.

• Detail-oriented and operationally meticulous, with robust budget pacing and forecasting capabilities.

• Communicate effectively and succinctly, transforming performance data into actionable insights.

• Collaborate efficiently with creative, analytics, and marketing stakeholders.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment characterized by seasonal demand fluctuations.

• Exhibit ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Demonstrate collaborative, inclusive behavior and positively impact team culture.
