This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take ownership of the strategic direction and scaling plan for paid acquisition, including account structure, testing plans, success metrics, and scaling benchmarks.
• Oversee budget management and campaign orchestration across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, and potentially LinkedIn): establish account frameworks, set objectives, shape the conversion signals that inform platform algorithms, and distribute spending among channels.
• Focus on optimizing for true sales value (value-based bidding): integrate revenue, margin, and LTV signals back into the platforms while maintaining a critical view of platform-reported metrics to validate that the channel produces genuinely incremental sales.
• Develop a reporting framework based on a consistent set of business KPIs (CAC, return on first booking, LTV, among others) that combines platform data with internal sales data—drawing clear insights and translating them into actionable strategies.
• Execute a systematic testing cycle for campaign messaging: formulating hypotheses and KPIs → implementation → conclusion.
• Collaborate with the SEO team: share intent and audience insights while actively monitoring and mitigating traffic cannibalization.
• Leverage AI tools in daily operations: for research, creative variations, reporting automation, and analytics.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical performance marketing experience, demonstrating strong ownership and genuine accountability for business outcomes.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns—handling complex account structures with thousands of landing pages across multiple markets, rather than just small, single-product accounts.
• In-depth expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a keen attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with value-based bidding, importing offline/sales conversions, and optimizing for revenue or margin.
• Capability to design and conduct incrementality tests.
• Financial and business acumen—proficient in the terminology of CAC, LTV, payback, and margin.
• Proficiency in AI as a daily operational tool: for research, creative production, analysis, and automation.
• A quick learner with a passion for testing and optimizing new tools.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Competitive salary.
• Flexible working hours.
• 24 paid vacation days annually, plus all public holidays.
• A day off on your birthday.
• Private healthcare coverage.
• Growth budget allocated for books and courses.
