• Take charge of Paid Media Performance.
• Oversee and enhance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax) and Meta Ads (Prospecting + Retargeting).
• Propel measurable growth in ROAS, CPA, and overall revenue.
• Identify and act on scaling opportunities.
• Conduct audits, create, and refine campaigns (structure, targeting, bidding, creatives).
• Engage in continuous testing and iteration (audiences, messaging, landing pages).
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity (GA4, pixels, CAPI, etc.).
• Serve as the main point of accountability for external partners.
• Establish clear expectations, assess performance, and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Advocate for efficiency, quality, and results, avoiding passive management.
• Present proactive ideas to enhance performance across accounts.
• Stay informed about the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and advancements in AI.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on PPC experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (B2B and B2C).
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding ROAS targets and scaling revenue.
• Background in directing contractors, freelancers, or external agency partners.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (Search + PMax), Meta Ads full-funnel strategy, attribution, tracking, and GA4.
• Strong testing mindset concerning creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Ability to make quick decisions even with incomplete data and shifting priorities.
• Proficient in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, platform automation, scripts) and applying them to enhance performance, accelerate workflows, and generate insights.
• Continuously evaluate landing page performance and pinpoint conversion bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement data-driven CRO updates.
• Utilize GA4, heatmaps (e.g., Microsoft Clarity), and campaign data to inform recommendations.
• Ensure consistency in messaging from ad to landing page across all campaigns.
• Conduct tests on landing page variants across diverse audiences, funnels, and campaign objectives.
