This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Take charge of digital demand generation initiatives across various channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and additional acquisition avenues.
• Oversee the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns.
• Track performance metrics to consistently enhance conversion rates, lead quality, and return on investment.
• Discover new channels, target audiences, and growth possibilities.
• Manage HubSpot and Pardot administration, optimization, and governance.
• Spearhead marketing automation strategies, incorporating nurture programs, lead routing, scoring, list management, segmentation, and lifecycle oversight.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to refine lead management processes and reporting.
• Ensure marketing technology platforms are integrated, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist with updates to the WordPress website as required.
• Act as the marketing lead for Braze.
• Facilitate account-based marketing initiatives through audience targeting, campaign execution, and reporting.
• Direct the email marketing strategy, execution, testing, and optimization.
• Utilize third-party data sources, such as ZoomInfo and other enrichment platforms, to enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.
• Create audience segments and nurture programs that foster engagement and pipeline expansion.
• Develop Salesforce dashboards and reporting mechanisms that assess campaign, channel, and full-funnel performance.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to Marketing and Growth leadership.
• Establish testing frameworks to enhance campaign performance over time.
• Over 10 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or marketing technology.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot, Pardot, marketing automation, and CRM integrations.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid digital marketing programs.
• Practical experience with Braze or comparable customer engagement platforms.
• Strong comprehension of lead generation, lead management, nurture strategies, and funnel optimization.
• Experience in supporting account-based marketing initiatives.
• Skilled in utilizing third-party marketing and prospecting data, including ZoomInfo or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in creating dashboards and converting data into actionable insights; keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or other B2B technology environments preferred.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
