This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of integrated, multi-channel demand generation strategies that align with revenue objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and measurable pipeline growth across digital, content, paid, and regional initiatives.
• Take ownership of the complete campaign lifecycle—from planning to optimization—across email, paid media, content, events, and webinars.
• Collaborate with marketing automation and database teams to develop high-performing nurture programs that convert engagement into high-quality MQLs and significant pipeline contributions.
• Design and enhance the comprehensive customer journey, aligning messaging and research-driven content to each funnel stage to effectively transition prospects from awareness to conversion while promoting both the quality and quantity of MQL creation.
• Serve as a genuine revenue ally to sales and SDR teams, ensuring alignment on targeting, follow-up processes, and pipeline objectives, with shared accountability for lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
• Achieve results through meticulous performance monitoring and real-time optimization, leveraging data and funnel insights to fine-tune targeting, messaging, and budget allocation while providing clear, executive-ready reports on pipeline impact and ROI.
• Inspire and energize team members while cultivating a culture of accountability and performance. Collaborate across functions with product marketing, field marketing, analysts, sales, content, regional teams, and operations to ensure strategic alignment and optimal market impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Over 5 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in integrated demand generation and full-funnel campaign strategies.
• Proven history of driving pipeline growth and executing multi-channel campaigns in a complex, multi-touch sales environment.
• Demonstrated capability to build and implement end-to-end full-funnel campaigns from the ground up—covering strategy, messaging, and campaign planning through to email creation, asset production, webinar organization, and nurture program development.
• Strong grasp of audience segmentation, buyer journey mapping, and performance-driven messaging.
• Preferred experience in building and optimizing paid digital programs across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and other performance channels.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams, showcasing strong relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the skill to convert insights into decisive actions.
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills, with the capacity to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives concurrently.
• Preferred experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and modern marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, 6sense, Drift).
• A proactive, energetic, and inquisitive marketing mindset with a focus on action and continuous improvement.
