This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• You are actively engaged in the platform, possessing a comprehensive understanding of how campaigns are developed and executed, beyond merely interpreting reports.
• You work with integrated metrics such as MER, CAC, and contribution margin.
• You link performance metrics with creative outputs.
• You actively oversee and manage the affiliate program.
• You collaborate with our CRO agency to enhance Shopify functionalities.
• You play a critical role in retention and customer relationship management (CRM).
• This position may evolve to include line management responsibilities as the team expands.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce, either from an in-house perspective or agency-side, managing DTC brands directly.
• Practical experience with paid media platforms; you have developed and overseen campaigns in Meta and/or Google Ads, rather than simply reviewing reports.
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify, enabling you to engage in substantial discussions with a CRO agency.
• Proven ability to manage or direct external paid media agencies, ensuring optimal performance without the need for micromanagement.
• Strong analytical skills, allowing you to create your own insights from raw data, not just interpret dashboards created by others.
• You connect performance data to creative strategies, understanding what needs to be briefed and the rationale behind it.
