This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of and manage Google Ads campaigns directed at both residential and commercial segments across regional Australia.
• Develop, optimize, and expand paid search campaigns, focusing on keyword strategy, bidding techniques, audience targeting, ad structure, and conversion tracking.
• Enhance campaign performance through ongoing optimization of click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), Quality Scores, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Spearhead SEO initiatives, which include on-page optimization, keyword research, technical SEO enhancements, and content suggestions.
• Provide support during a website domain migration while ensuring the preservation of SEO rankings and search visibility.
• Update and manage website content, landing pages, images, and copy using WordPress.
• Assist in the rollout and optimization of Meta advertising campaigns as a supplementary growth channel.
• Analyze campaign and lead data to offer actionable insights and performance recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer messaging, targeting strategies, and conversion opportunities.
• Review and improve email marketing deliverability as well as existing customer communication flows.
• Utilize AI tools and automation when suitable to enhance efficiency in reporting, research, and content workflows.
• Proactively present new ideas and confidently recommend improvements across marketing, advertising, and digital strategy.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to build and optimize paid search campaigns from inception.
• Comprehensive understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, keyword planning, and campaign structure.
• Strong SEO expertise, including on-page optimization, technical SEO principles, and keyword research.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in managing and updating websites through WordPress.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make independent, data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working with Australian, Western, or international businesses is preferred.
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for results.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, reporting, workflow optimization, or content support.
• Experience with Meta Ads is advantageous but not the primary focus of this position.
• Background in managing website domain migrations while sustaining SEO performance.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar.
• Experience in industries such as solar, energy, trades, construction, home services, or similar fields.
• Canva or basic creative design experience is a plus.
• Basic video editing skills for social media content.
• Understanding of regional or conservative Australian consumer audiences.
