This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in the creation and implementation of pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies for designated offers.
β’ Contribute to the development and enhancement of offer frameworks, including bundle ladders, upsell flows, discount structures, and promotional mechanics.
β’ Implement promotional structures such as BOGOs, limited-time discounts, free gift offers, and urgency-based mechanics, ensuring meticulous setup and quality assurance.
β’ Utilize psychological pricing principles and perceived value tactics under the mentorship of the Senior PMM to enhance conversion rates and average order value (AOV).
β’ Determine the presentation of pricing and promotions across landing pages and funnels, including offer sections, CTAs, urgency elements, and social proof, in collaboration with Creative Strategy.
β’ Conduct pricing and promotion experiments in Statsig under the guidance of the Senior PMM, from test setup and instrumentation to readout and documentation.
β’ Aid in the development of hypotheses, establishing primary success metrics and guardrail metrics for assigned tests.
β’ Rigorously analyze experiment results, interpreting tradeoffs among AOV, AOM, RPS, EPC, refund rate, and network margin.
β’ Collaborate with the Data team to ensure clean test design, precise instrumentation, and dependable reporting.
β’ Maintain organized logs and readouts of experiments that contribute to institutional knowledge and influence future roadmap decisions.
β’ Foster strong working relationships with Campaign Success Managers (CSMs), Campaign Operations, Creative Strategy, Data, and Traffic teams.
β’ Collaborate with Campaign Operations to accurately execute, QA, and launch tests across various platforms.
β’ Work alongside Creative Strategy to ensure that pricing intent is effectively reflected in copy, visuals, and storytelling.
β’ Partner with Traffic and Media Buying to validate test results at scale and support discussions on CPA increases tied to performance enhancements.
β’ Assist in the development of post-purchase offers, upsell flows, and cross-sell strategies to maximize order value.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in performance marketing, direct-response, growth marketing, or a closely related domain.
β’ Practical experience with eCommerce or DTC offers, particularly in pricing, promotional, or conversion optimization roles.
β’ Understanding of experimentation concepts, including A/B testing, hypothesis development, and metric interpretation.
β’ Strong analytical skills and a comfort level with data to support decision-making and document outcomes.
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without oversight.
