Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategizing, overseeing, and enhancing Google Ads & Microsoft Ads campaigns

• Administering Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing initiatives

• Conducting KPI analysis (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue) and optimizing performance

• Formulating testing and scaling strategies

• Extracting actionable insights from analyses

• Collaborating with the team to provide support on operational and analytical tasks

• Ensuring the quality and ongoing enhancement of product data feeds

• Optimizing for Shopping, Performance Max, and various other channels

• Developing and refining reports and dashboards

• Spotting opportunities and determining actionable measures

• Evaluating customer journeys, as well as product and campaign effectiveness

• Assisting with automation and data-driven processes

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree (e.g., in business administration, marketing) or an equivalent qualification

• Relevant initial professional experience in performance marketing (approximately 2–4 years), preferably in e-commerce or D2C

• Strong expertise in at least one performance channel (e.g., SEA or paid social)

• Keen interest in technological advancements

• Passion for sharing knowledge and aiding others in their professional growth

• Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of data-driven marketing

• Proficient in German and competent in English
