This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily performance, optimization, and reporting across paid search, paid social, and various digital acquisition channels.
• Drive growth for a portfolio of three health and wellness brands catering to diverse audiences, managing budget, audience strategies, and performance objectives across different customer segments.
• Take ownership of the business-level scorecard for all three brands, focusing on MER, contribution margin, payback period, LTV:CAC, and subscription rates. Approach CPA and CAC as a baseline for success — this position prioritizes profitable growth over mere efficiency.
• Spearhead creative testing as a key performance driver. Manage a structured testing initiative that includes hooks, messaging, formats, offers, and landing pages with defined hypotheses, control groups, and documented insights that directly inform the creative brief process.
• Introduce a contemporary measurement perspective for channel assessment: incrementality testing, media mix modeling (MMM), and server-side/CAPI signal quality. Capable of explaining discrepancies between platform-reported ROAS and actual business impact, and promoting measurement strategies that accurately reflect true incrementality.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Amazon in conjunction with DTC, including halo effects, cross-channel attribution, and the influence of Amazon demand on overall brand performance. Collaborate with the Amazon channel partner to ensure that paid and retail strategies are mutually supportive; this role should comprehend how DTC paid efforts impact the entire funnel rather than viewing it as a closed ecosystem.
• Navigate fluently within the compliance standards of health and wellness advertising: substantiation standards, claim limitations (structure/function vs. drug claims), platform-level guidelines, and FTC regulations. Experience operating within similar regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
• Identify avenues to enhance profitable growth, boost media efficiency, and minimize wasted expenditures across the portfolio.
• 5–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, demonstrating a history of managing channel performance and business-level results, rather than merely executing tasks.
• DTC marketing experience is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in planning, launching, and optimizing channels such as Amazon, paid social, paid search, display, and video.
• An analytical and data-driven approach. Capable of synthesizing information and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to self-initiate and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional writing skills, with the capability to distill large datasets into insights and compelling narratives.
• Familiarity with industry-standard performance marketing tools. We utilize Google Analytics, Shopify+, Klaviyo, Ahrefs, and Triple Whale among others.
• Proficiency in modern measurement systems: server-side tagging, CAPI implementation, incrementality test design, and media mix modeling (MMM); able to pinpoint where platform-reported ROAS diverges from real business outcomes and advocate for more precise alternatives.
• Experience in the Health and Wellness sector is a plus.
