Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google, handling monthly budgets in the range of five to six figures and being accountable for their outcomes.

• Analyzing KPIs will be part of your role, helping you to identify growth opportunities and craft data-driven strategies that ensure profitable scaling of campaigns.

• You will design ad creatives, provide briefs to creators, and develop scripts for video ads that deliver high performance.

• Your responsibilities will include creating automated email sequences and campaigns aimed at activating leads and retaining customers.

• As a strategic partner, you will advise clients by developing growth strategies and supporting their implementation all the way through to scaling.

• Monitoring all relevant KPIs will be essential, as you will derive actionable recommendations and ensure sustainable growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• You should possess at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency, e-commerce company, or in a coaching/personal-brand setting.

• Experience in managing Meta and/or Google campaigns with substantial budgets is required, along with an understanding of how to optimize and scale campaigns profitably.

• You must be familiar with metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates, making data-driven decisions instead of relying on intuition.

• A creative mindset is necessary; you should understand the influence of creatives on performance, devise innovative ad strategies, and prepare briefs for UGC creators and designers.

• An affinity for AI tools, including ChatGPT and Claude, will be beneficial for enhancing processes, achieving superior results, and increasing productivity.

• You should demonstrate ownership and a solution-oriented mindset, working independently and taking responsibility for results while proactively addressing potential issues.

• Strong communication skills are crucial, enabling you to convey ideas clearly, professionally, and persuasively to both team members and clients.
