This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Strategize, initiate, and oversee paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube), and Microsoft Bing Ads.
• Develop effective campaign frameworks that include ad sets, targeted audiences, ad groups, creative assets, and bidding techniques.
• Create and execute A/B tests on creative materials, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Administer campaign budgets and pacing to enhance ROI and expand profitable campaigns.
• Consistently refine campaigns to boost CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and LTV.
• Recognize high-performing audience segments and scale successful campaigns.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Apply advanced targeting techniques such as retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom segments.
• Establish and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Bing UET.
• Observe funnel performance and attribution models across different channels.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports featuring actionable insights.
• Spot opportunities for enhancing conversion funnels and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-impact ad creatives.
• Deliver data-driven creative briefs informed by campaign insights.
• Partner with product and CRO teams to optimize landing pages and elevate conversion rates.
• 2–4 Years of Hands-On Experience: You have overseen substantial monthly budgets and can demonstrate your success with solid evidence.
• B.Tech/B.E. degree from a Tier 1 Institute (IIT, NIT, or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen).
• Experience in managing campaigns through Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
• Comprehensive understanding of campaign goals, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience conducting A/B tests and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
