This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and implement a performance marketing strategy across Meta and Google to enhance GDV growth for One Time Promoted and Monthly Recurring products.
• Oversee CRM channels such as RCS, WhatsApp, and email to maintain consistent GDV delivery through owned media.
• Supervise SEO execution in partnership with content and editorial teams to boost organic GDV contributions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure that all billing and compliance requirements across channels are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
• Design and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns across paid channels.
• Oversee budgets for all digital channels to ensure a strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Identify and experiment with new channels to consistently meet or surpass established critical metrics.
• Conduct data analysis across all performance channels and provide structured insights regularly to creative, content, and leadership teams to guide campaign strategy and creative development.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading marketing teams, ideally in a related field.
• A degree in marketing, business, or technology, or equivalent experience; an MBA is advantageous.
• Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels such as Facebook, Instagram, AdWords, etc.
• A data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of web analytics.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
