Performance Marketing, Junior/Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance performance marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and additional advertising networks.

• Collaborate intimately with the creative team to direct the production and testing of creative assets based on performance insights.

• Execute A/B and multivariate testing to continuously refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Analyze and report on critical metrics such as CPI, CAC, LTV, ROI, and user funnel efficiency to optimize user acquisition strategies.

• Manage and guide App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives while overseeing relationships with external marketing agencies.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

• Propel product improvements by utilizing data from performance marketing campaigns and tracking product metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in digital marketing, ideally within the mobile apps industry.

• Strong expertise in managing digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.

• Familiarity with measurement platforms like AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, and RevenueCat.

• Solid understanding of data analysis and interpretation.

• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
