Performance Marketing Consultant – Customer Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independently overseeing customer accounts, managing everything from onboarding and optimization to renewal.

• Evaluating cross-channel performance data in collaboration with customers, including platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and ChatGPT Ads.

• Recognizing optimization opportunities and providing actionable recommendations.

• Advising our clients on performance marketing strategies and best practices for AI integration.

• Working closely with Account Managers to strategically enhance customer accounts.

• Collaborating with our Product and Machine Learning teams to further develop our platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in performance marketing, whether on the agency or advertiser side; prior experience in a small company, startup, or scale-up is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills and a true passion for client-facing roles.

• A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing clients with high-quality solutions.

• A keen interest in AI and automation; while you don’t need to be a developer, you should be enthusiastic about leveraging AI for efficiency.

• Exceptional analytical abilities and comfort with data analysis.

• Familiarity with incrementality testing, causal impact analysis, A/B testing, or econometrics/MMM is a plus.

• Native-level proficiency in German and business-fluent English.

• Openness to occasional travel for client meetings and team events.
