• Analyze the existing advertising framework and formulate a strategy for upcoming initiatives.

• Develop advertising materials.

• Establish and oversee campaigns, focusing mainly on Google Ads and Meta.

• Ensure accurate measurement and optimize efforts based on data insights.

• Adjust resource allocation by location based on rental performance metrics.

• Incorporate content from the company's ambassadors into advertising campaigns.

• Compile a summary of successful strategies to inform future seasons.

• Several years of experience in operational performance marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Proficient in setting up and verifying measurement and conversion tracking.

• Experience in taking over an established setup without requiring extensive onboarding.

• Capability to interpret data and insights into actionable strategies.
