This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and nurture robust customer relationships while enhancing performance across AutoSync’s Digital Advertising, Digital Retail, Website, and SEO product offerings.
• Take proactive charge of the daily operations for client accounts, encompassing strategic account planning, performance evaluations, training, technical assistance, and problem resolution.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams within dealership clients to guarantee success and coherence across all initiatives.
• Design and execute a potent digital marketing strategy (CRO, SEM, SEO) that aligns with your client’s business objectives and budget.
• Minimum of 4 years of T-Shaped digital marketing experience
• In-depth knowledge of Paid Advertising (Google, Meta), Website Solutions (UX/CRO), and SEO principles.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of agency experience as a digital marketing subject matter expert, managing a sizable client portfolio.
• Over 2 years of experience in customer success.
• Experience in the Automotive Industry is a considerable advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4.
• Experience in large-scale online media planning, media buying, or campaign management would be beneficial.
