• Take charge of the daily management and enhancement of paid advertising campaigns on TikTok and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Oversee budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to effectively drive acquisition in line with CPA, ROAS, and conversion objectives.
• Conduct extensive creative testing in collaboration with Social and Creative teams, quickly iterating and scaling the most effective ads.
• Assess campaign performance and make informed decisions by amplifying successful campaigns and optimizing or halting those that underperform.
• Work alongside Operations, Analytics, and Growth teams to enhance tracking, attribution, and overall funnel performance.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in performance marketing, paid social, or growth marketing within a B2C, D2C, or fintech sector.
• Proven experience in managing and scaling campaigns on both TikTok Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of optimizing for CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
• Demonstrated capability in conducting structured creative testing and transforming insights into scalable growth strategies.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with analytics, product, and creative teams.
