This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to oversee and enhance paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and various global search engines and social media platforms.
• Your primary responsibilities will involve: Campaign Optimization.
• Strategize, execute, and refine paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and additional search engines.
• Formulate and apply bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing aimed at maximizing ROAS and cost efficiency.
• Track essential KPIs and implement data-driven modifications to enhance CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Analytics & Insights.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools to monitor and assess campaign performance.
• Convert complex datasets into actionable insights and present findings through dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide strategic marketing decisions.
• Client Success & Collaboration.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their paid media strategies are in alignment with business goals.
• Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to foster continuous improvement.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and platform updates to proactively discover new opportunities.
• Search Engine Marketing Knowledge – Some experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including fundamental campaign optimization.
• Social Media Advertising (Nice to Have) – Familiarity with paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok is an advantage.
• Data Analysis & Storytelling – Proficient in Excel with the capability to translate data into engaging insights and actionable strategies.
• Collaboration & Teamwork – A team-oriented individual who can support various projects and contribute to an inclusive, “all-in” culture.
• Communication Excellence – A clear and effective communicator in in-person, virtual, and written formats.
