This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyzes data from performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and display channels (Google Ads, Meta) to identify opportunities for optimization and guide media budget allocation decisions.
• Develops, maintains, and automates reporting dashboards and data pipelines using SQL and Databricks to facilitate ongoing measurement, performance monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborates with Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and attribution tools (e.g., Measured) to measure the incremental impact of media expenditures across channels, supporting strategic media planning and budget recommendations.
• Implements and oversees tracking, tagging, and attribution frameworks within Google Analytics (GA4) to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data capture across digital touchpoints.
• Designs and evaluates A/B and incrementality tests in collaboration with media and brand teams, translating findings into clear, actionable optimization recommendations.
• Monitors KPIs such as CPA/CPM, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates; proactively identifies significant trends, anomalies, and opportunities for marketing leadership.
• Converts complex data insights into concise, compelling narratives and presentations for marketing and cross-functional stakeholders with varying levels of data fluency.
• Aids in media planning by delivering audience insights, historical performance benchmarks, and channel-specific forecasts to inform investment decisions.
• Collaborates with data engineering and technology teams to ensure that the marketing data infrastructure is accurate, scalable, and aligned with evolving measurement requirements.
• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing analytics, media measurement, or a closely related data-driven marketing position.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis; hands-on experience with Databricks or a similar cloud data platform is essential.
• Practical experience with Google Analytics (GA4), including event tracking, attribution modeling, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms—specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager—including campaign structure, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
• Understanding of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) concepts, methodologies, and their practical application in media planning or budget optimization.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with a proven ability to link data insights to business strategy and outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present technical findings clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
