This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Strategize, oversee, and enhance Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns while contributing to paid media efforts on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Take charge of keyword strategy, bidding tactics, and search intent optimization to attract high-quality candidates.
• Experiment with and test new advertising platforms such as Reddit, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of paid campaigns, including targeting, creative briefing, testing, optimization, reporting, and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative and Content teams to create and refine effective ad creatives.
• Track and improve performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) like CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Evaluate campaign performance and convert data into actionable insights.
• Keep abreast of platform updates, algorithm changes, advertising trends, and industry best practices.
• Consistently A/B test headlines, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and calls-to-action to optimize conversion rates.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards, providing campaign insights to leadership.
• 3–6 years of practical experience in managing Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns, along with additional experience in Meta and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Deep understanding of keyword research, search intent, bidding strategies, match types, and conversion optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance campaign performance while minimizing acquisition costs.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or comparable reporting tools.
• Comfortable managing and scaling paid advertising budgets across various channels.
• Experience working with creative teams to produce high-converting advertising assets.
• Familiarity with emerging advertising platforms like Reddit Ads, X Ads (Twitter), or TikTok Ads.
• Highly self-sufficient, organized, and adept at working in a remote-first setting.
• Proven track record in executing B2B paid media campaigns, focusing on lead generation and performance marketing.
• Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple international markets, regions, or global audiences.
