Performance Marketer, Meta Ads – Full-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of your clients' performance by managing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, specifically designed to suit each client's business model.

• You will optimize campaigns based on your clients' unique North Star metrics.

• You will formulate hypotheses and establish testing processes to enhance ad creative performance, sharing insights with clients and content teams.

• You will serve as the primary point of contact for the brands you oversee.

• You will conduct campaign analysis, generate reports, and identify opportunities for optimization both on- and off-platform.

• You will scale your advertising accounts to achieve high four- to five-figure daily budgets.

• You will leverage artificial intelligence effectively to simplify complex tasks and develop strategic solutions.
