Performance Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Strategize, develop, and oversee campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to attract qualified leads.

• Evaluate campaign performance and optimize for cost per lead and conversion rates.

• Manage and enhance the Google Business Profile along with the local SEO presence.

• Monitor and report on critical marketing metrics, delivering clear monthly performance summaries.

• Coordinate updates to landing pages and websites to align with campaign initiatives.

• Assist in the planning and posting of social media content.

• Implement campaign creation utilizing AI tools (such as Claude GPT and other proprietary tools like Campaign Brain).

• Provide support for general marketing administration and handle ad-hoc projects as they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, preferably for an Australian local service or trade business (Electrical industry is preferred).

• Strong grasp of performance tracking, conversion metrics, and optimization of campaigns.

• Proficient in managing Google Business Profile and adhering to local SEO best practices.

• Excellent English communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.

• A self-motivated, independent work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.

• **Nice to have:**

• Experience with general administrative or virtual assistant responsibilities (including email and calendar management, and document preparation).

• Background in bookkeeping or basic financial administration (such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations).

• Knowledge of design or content creation tools (like Canva and basic video editing) to assist with social content.

• Experience collaborating with Australian trade or home services businesses.
