This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Preserve revenue streams
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Exhibit ownership and urgency in completing assigned action items
• Gather customer feedback to enhance the customer experience
• Foster customer engagement and solution utilization
• Support the strategic initiatives of the customer
• Analyze account and solution performance to recommend adjustments that align with dealership objectives and enhance return on investment for the customer
• Conduct utilization sessions (both remote and onsite) to boost solution use, employee satisfaction, and financial outcomes
• Educate and promote the benefits of enhancements
• Assist in the development of training courses and educational resources
• Advocate the value of the solution
• Share best practices related to the solutions being offered
• Provide onboarding assistance as needed
• Expand revenue opportunities
• Comprehend the dealership's objectives and ongoing projects
• Understand the competitive solutions being utilized, including their advantages and disadvantages, as well as pricing and terms if the customer is dissatisfied with the current solution
• Keep customers informed about DealerBuilt’s vision and solution offerings
• Identify opportunities for additional DealerBuilt solutions by collaborating with sales to secure that business
• Demonstrate the solution's value upon request
• 3+ years of experience in automotive software with a similar portfolio and proven results
• Strong follow-up skills and a remarkable work ethic that drives ownership of success
• A thorough understanding of key business drivers for customers
• A strong desire to tackle challenges and achieve success
• Proactive approach to meeting the objectives of a high-growth organization
• Ability to establish and maintain robust business relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal, written, and communication abilities (training and education skills are a plus)
• Field-based support role requiring 60%+ of time spent onsite with clients
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the field
