This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You serve as the strategic driving force for our diverse partner network in Wolfsburg, Rathenow, Magdeburg, Braunschweig, Kassel, Mühlhausen, Salzwedel, Brandenburg an der Havel, and Detmold.
• You possess a robust hands-on approach combined with diplomacy, making you comfortable in a self-directed work environment.
• You manage your partners and projects autonomously: from on-site dealer training to support during customer meetings, your activities are tailored to the partner's level of experience and requirements.
• Your objective is to empower our partners so they can operate independently and successfully within the market.
• You actively seek out potential sales partners and customer intermediaries.
• You foster durable partnerships and directly contribute to mutual growth.
• You conduct commercial training on our gas product range and hardware systems, ensuring partners can effectively communicate the technical benefits (such as in welding and cutting technology) to customers.
• You provide foundational instruction on safety regulations, handling, load securing, and transport.
• Technical foundation: You have vocational training or a degree in a technical or commercial domain and can simplify complex systems (gases, equipment, safety) for easy understanding.
• Experience in knowledge dissemination: You take pleasure in delivering presentations and training sessions — whether to a small group or a larger audience.
• IT proficiency: You are skilled in Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) and can elucidate its logic to others.
• Willingness to travel & regional engagement: You are mobile within the region surrounding Wolfsburg, Rathenow, Magdeburg, Braunschweig, Kassel, Mühlhausen, Salzwedel, Brandenburg an der Havel, and Detmold.
• Autonomy: You oversee your region around Wolfsburg, Rathenow, Magdeburg, Braunschweig, Kassel, Mühlhausen, Salzwedel, Brandenburg an der Havel, and Detmold as if it were your own small business — with the backing of a global enterprise.
