Customer Portfolio Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of issues related to a broad range of support services for the designated region, product, or coverage area.

• Responsible for understanding the assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, including their associated configuration installations, and serves as the most direct link to all relevant internal functions to support the customer.

• Develop and maintain ongoing communication to provide technical and business support to assigned customers within the specified geographic region or coverage area.

• Contribute to the formulation of strategies for the area of responsibility, including resource management and influencing policy development.

• Analyze straightforward internal and external business challenges and propose best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.

• Stay updated on industry trends that may impact work.

• Employ a high level of judgment to make decisions and manage complex tasks or issues in areas such as operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.

• May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource demands, risk, and/or complexity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (or an Associate's degree from a college combined with 7 years of experience in the power generation industry).

• At least 5 years of technical field experience with heavy-duty gas turbines and/or steam power.

• Availability to work up to 25% of the time at the site.
