β’ Develop and implement a channel strategy that aligns with your territory, catering to a variety of sales segments.
β’ Oversee and expand a strategic portfolio of partners.
β’ Construct and execute territory and district plans that support essential sales initiatives and business objectives.
β’ Enhance partner relationships to optimize growth opportunities and ensure positive customer outcomes.
β’ Collaborate across departments to ensure high partner and customer satisfaction.
β’ Formulate and present compelling value propositions that encourage partners to prioritize our solutions.
β’ Maintain transparent and consistent communication with partners and internal stakeholders.
β’ Conduct regular business reviews with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
β’ Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance through dashboards and activity metrics.
β’ 5β7 years of experience in channel management across mixed sales segment territories.
β’ Strong comprehension of channel operating models and partner ecosystems.
β’ Familiarity with sales, marketing, and solution development strategies.
β’ Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
β’ Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proven track record in navigating complex sales cycles, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
