Performance Creative Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Creative Strategy team to create innovative paid social ad concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts.

• Enhance creative strategy by developing variations and new ideas informed by performance insights.

• Work closely with editors, creators, and the production team to transform ad concepts into reality.

• Evaluate creative performance data to discover successful patterns, gain insights, and refine future concepts.

• Stay informed about the latest trends in organic and paid social media as well as creative developments to elevate creative output.

• Assist in maintaining organized creative workflows, timelines, and feedback processes throughout the production journey.
