Performance Creative Designer, Part-time, Full-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Creation of high-impact creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads

• Design of static advertisements, carousels, and display ads

• Ideation and editing of video advertisements, Reels, and short-form content

• Production of AI-generated images and videos utilizing cutting-edge AI tools

• Development of innovative ad concepts, hooks, and creative campaign strategies

• Optimization of existing creatives based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and A/B testing

• Close collaboration with the performance marketing team to enhance conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS)

• Design of landing page components, banners, and campaign materials

• Analysis of current trends in social media and performance metrics

• Ensuring a cohesive premium brand presence

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in performance creative, digital design, or creative advertising

• Portfolio showcasing successful advertisements and video creatives

• Strong design sensibility, visual storytelling ability, and aesthetic judgment

• Experience with performance marketing and design focused on conversions

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or Veo

• Understanding of A/B testing, click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), ROAS, and conversion optimization

• Ability to work independently with a structured approach

• Blend of creativity and data-driven thinking

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English

• Advantageous: Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or premium lifestyle industries

• Advantageous: Experience collaborating with UGC creators and influencer content

• Advantageous: Knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising platforms

• Advantageous: Experience with photo and video production shoots

• Advantageous: Understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing

• Residence in Germany is required
