Performance and Operational Audit Analyst – Telecommunications, Junior/Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Examine extensive datasets, records, and support inquiries to uncover deviations, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

• Organize and track key performance indicators (KPIs) including Churn, Average Handling Time (AHT), FCR (First Call Resolution), and other operational metrics.

• Offer analytical assistance to the technical team by aiding in data interpretation and ensuring process compliance.

• Convert raw data into concise, actionable management reports utilizing Excel and additional tools.

• Support the development and monitoring of action plans aimed at resolving issues and executing process enhancements.

• Create documentation and presentations that outline analysis findings and recommendations for leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Level: Junior to Mid-level experience in analytical positions.

• Working knowledge of telecommunications, ideally within Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions: including complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX, as well as chart and dashboard creation.

• Competent in Word (for report writing) and PowerPoint (for presentation purposes).

• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.

• A Bachelor's degree completed or currently being pursued in disciplines such as Engineering (Telecommunications, Industrial), Computer Networks, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, or related fields.
