This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and implement the performance marketing budget, encompassing platform distribution, campaigns, and retargeting strategies.
• Develop and manage keyword and ad groups for paid search, focusing on category, competitor, and niche terms, with an emphasis on keyword-level optimization.
• Execute paid social campaigns on platforms such as X, LinkedIn, and other pertinent channels that utilize niche audience targeting to connect with hard-to-reach buyers.
• Manage the entire ad creative development lifecycle, producing, launching, and refining ads and landing pages, which includes writing and testing copy, collaborating with design teams on creative aspects, and initiating new campaigns.
• Direct KPI reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for paid and performance initiatives, providing clear metrics for incrementality and SQL targets.
• Take ownership of developing the conversion funnel, which includes landing pages and essential site flows, and oversee A/B testing processes.
• Recommend, establish, and sustain the marketing infrastructure that enhances conversion and ABM, continually improving targeting, measurement, and outcomes across the funnel.
• Drive SQLs: Ensure a steady influx of SQLs to the sales team that progressively increases over time.
• 5 - 7 years of practical experience in performance marketing, particularly in B2B sales targeting financial institutions, fintechs, and other regulated sectors.
• Proven experience in paid search, paid social, and conversion rate optimization.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant software tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing technology architecture — encompassing how platforms interconnect, how conversion data flows, and methods for establishing reliable tracking and attribution.
• Strong capability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent copywriting skills applicable to ads, social media content, and landing pages.
