Per Diem Staff Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver physician-led telehealth evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for WorldClinic members during designated 24-hour on-call shifts.

• Act as the supervising and/or collaborating physician for a specific group of nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

• Maintain documentation of care in line with company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

• Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and other clinical leaders to enhance quality, compliance, and operational initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical licenses across multiple states.

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty.

• At least 5 years of clinical practice experience.

• Previous experience in supervising APPs is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with OSHA and Workers Compensation regulations.

• Understanding of multi-state telehealth regulations and APP scope of practice laws.
