📋 Description

• Acquire and sustain expertise in the Great Minds professional services catalog to deliver exceptional on-site support, coaching, and professional development to designated schools.

• Participate in internal training cycles to either develop or enhance knowledge of new professional service offerings, general facilitation and coaching abilities, as well as to become more familiar with Great Minds products.

• Foster and uphold a robust and supportive Great Minds culture across all work settings, prioritizing trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or coaching, with at least 1 year dedicated to delivering high-quality professional development.

• Experience in implementing one of Great Minds' curricula, particularly Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math.

• Proficient understanding of or alignment with Great Minds instructional design and pedagogical approaches.

• Extensive content knowledge in the curriculum focus area, including humanities, mathematics, and science.

• Experienced with both digital and print educational platforms.

• Strong organizational skills essential for effective goal setting, project management, collaborative decision-making, meeting deadlines, and maintaining records.

• Capability to make solutions-oriented decisions through adaptable thinking in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
