PeopleSoft Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and provide support for solutions utilizing PeopleSoft 9.2+

• Collaborate across the Core HRMS, North America Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules

• Create and maintain PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools 8.55+

• Establish and support integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems

• Develop and resolve issues using PeopleCode, COBOL, SQL, and SQR

• Engage with Integration Broker and web services for system integrations

• Create and maintain Application Packages, Approval Workflow Engine, Fluid UI, WorkCenters, Activity Guides, and Pivot Grids

• Conduct data analysis and development utilizing Oracle SQL

• Utilize Data Mover, Application Designer, Query Manager, Integration Broker, and Job Scheduling

• Take part in enterprise-wide PeopleSoft projects, enhancements, upgrades, and production support initiatives

• Examine technical challenges, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions

• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, business users, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Produce and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and project documentation

• Execute other project-related tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in PeopleSoft development

• Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2+

• Familiarity with Core HRMS, North America Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules

• In-depth technical expertise in PeopleTools 8.55+

• Strong practical experience with PeopleCode, COBOL, SQL/Oracle SQL, SQR, Integration Broker and web services, and Application Packages

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Background Verification (BGV) will be conducted during the onboarding process
