Peoplesoft Specialist / Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development, enhancement, and management of change activities within PeopleSoft HCM 9.2

• Deliver application management, technical assistance, and corrective maintenance services

• Execute platform upgrades and ensure the stability of PeopleTools 8.62 and associated components

• Aid in migration and decommissioning efforts throughout the existing infrastructure

• Engage with SQL Server, Oracle WebLogic, BI Publisher, and Microsoft Azure hosted services

• Collaborate with stakeholders to sustain and enhance HR-related business processes and system capabilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2

• In-depth knowledge of PeopleTools 8.62

• Proficient in SQL Server administration and development

• Familiar with Oracle WebLogic and BI Publisher

• Experience in supporting enterprise application maintenance, upgrades, and change management

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure hosted environments

• Capability to work independently in a remote, international setting

• English proficiency: upper-intermediate
