This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• You will assist in guiding our clients and the project team through a systematic process to analyze, design, develop, test, and implement solutions that meet client specifications.
• Establish and execute a comprehensive strategy to ensure all client needs are fulfilled, while steering the team to consistently innovate and enhance application functionality and the quality assurance/testing process for data.
• Our professionals support clients in transforming their business processes, enhancing internal controls, increasing operational efficiency, boosting transparency and performance management, and ensuring compliance with Federal laws and regulations.
• The dynamic nature of our projects necessitates self-driven individuals capable of architecting and developing solutions independently or as part of a team of highly skilled experts.
• Project team members will have the chance to engage with our clients' senior management and can improve their skills in technical proficiency, business development, client service, and personnel development.
• US Citizenship is required, and candidates must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance; approved adjudication of clearance must be obtained prior to joining Guidehouse.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least FIVE (5) years of experience in PeopleSoft technical design and development is essential.
• A minimum of FIVE (5) years of overall technical experience in systems design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of applications or systems is required.
• Experience in creating technical design specifications and test plans for application modifications, enhancements, or customizations is necessary.
• Extensive knowledge of PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Query, is needed.
• Familiarity with Portal Technology and Workflow is preferred.
• Significant experience in writing complex SQL statements and designing custom modules is required.
