📋 Description

• Lead the team in implementing people success policies and procedures

• Manage programs for the local people success team

• Address employment relations concerns

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards

• Facilitate onboarding and exit interviews

• Provide guidance to managers regarding employee interactions


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4+ years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with Employment Law

• Supervisory experience is preferred

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and candidates

• Capability to analyze and interpret company policies and governmental regulations
