People Solutions Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to grasp strategic priorities, outline multi-quarter technology roadmaps, and clearly articulate ROI to secure resource capacity for implementation.

• Serve as a product leader by thoroughly understanding Stripe's employee experience needs, developing mockups to foster alignment on requirements, and presenting persuasive product strategies that link business priorities to outcomes.

• Perform analyses of third-party vendors and provide data-driven build-or-buy recommendations grounded in industry insights and ROI considerations.

• Work alongside engineers, designers, systems analysts, and PMs to convert requirements into technical designs; facilitate build plans, UAT, and comprehensive testing to successfully bring solutions to production.

• Leverage data, storytelling, and KPIs to inform prioritization decisions, track solution adoption, define ROI, and highlight risks to stakeholders and leadership.

• Implement structured project management methodologies — including goal-setting, project planning, status updates, risk management, and metrics tracking — to deliver solutions punctually and across various disciplines.

• Collaborate with PMO, Systems, Operations, and Communications teams to effectively launch new solutions, and streamline approval processes (legal, compliance, data) by identifying key decision-makers and driving sign-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product development, technical program management, or internal systems design within an internal HR business function, including expertise in global mobility technology, particularly in high-growth or technology firms.

• Proficiency in AI and LLM, with hands-on experience using LLM-based tools.

• Exceptional capability to comprehend and outline system-agnostic business requirements across complex, interconnected systems and support their translation into technology solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of partnering with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.

• Sharp business acumen with a proven capacity to operate effectively in uncertain, dynamic, high-velocity environments, and to manage and derive insights from data while navigating complexity.
