This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +13 more states.
• Take ownership and lead essential operational and employee lifecycle programs, spanning from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Oversee comprehensive program and project management across various simultaneous initiatives, stakeholders, and timelines, ensuring high-quality execution and delivery.
• Revamp and expand manual processes (such as probation period management) by utilizing automation, AI, and agentic workflows.
• Discover and implement opportunities to enhance operational excellence and uniformity across People programs and processes.
• Create and maintain the People team's internal knowledge base as a dependable, self-service resource.
• Assist with compliance and audit preparedness, including SOC 2, regulatory mandates, and the employee handbook.
• Collaborate across functions to promote key People initiatives (such as performance enablement) from inception to execution.
• Develop and sustain standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and process documentation for all primary People workflows.
• Monitor and report on key People metrics (like eNPS, time-to-productivity) to facilitate data-driven improvements.
• 4–6 years of experience in People (HR) Operations or a comparable program management position.
• Proficient in program and project management, with a proven capability to handle multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines concurrently.
• Exceptional documentation, communication, and knowledge management abilities, with experience in maintaining internal knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence) for diverse audiences.
• Strong inclination towards process improvement, with a demonstrated history of identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
• Practical experience in utilizing AI, automation, or agentic tools to redesign workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Background in supporting compliance programs and audits (e.g., SOC2, worker classification, etc.), including evidence collection and control documentation.
• Proven track record of establishing solid cross-functional partnerships (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, BizTech).
