• The People Partner facilitates the execution of culture, engagement, and people practices tailored to specific business needs.
• This role collaborates with regional HR roles to support the respective business unit or functions.
• In the United States, this position is accountable for comprehensive management of employee relations, risk, and workplace issues.
• The People Partner serves as a trusted advisor to managers, actively executing employee relations (ER) processes, and translating company-wide initiatives into practical applications for local business contexts.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, People Partner, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations, with a proven record of managing complex employee relations issues.
• Extensive experience in handling U.S.-based ER cases, including performance issues, workplace conflicts, investigations, accommodations, and terminations.
• Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws, compliance standards, risk management, and best practices in employee relations.
• Proven capability to coach and guide managers through delicate employee scenarios with sound judgment, consistency, and discretion.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, HR leadership, business leaders, and regional HR teams on intricate or high-risk personnel matters.
• Demonstrated skill in identifying trends, uncovering organizational risks, and converting insights into actionable guidance for managers or business strategies.
• Experience in implementing core people programs, including performance management, compensation cycles, engagement initiatives, and efforts to build a strong culture.
• Ability to maintain a strategic perspective while executing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Preferred experience in a distributed, multi-site, or global organization.
• Strongly preferred experience in a technology company or in support of technology client groups.
