• Assist and progressively assume responsibility for the weekly corporate onboarding program for new hires.
• Aid in the design, development, and execution of training programs that align with Asset Living’s objectives and goals.
• Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, locations, and preparation of materials.
• Collect participant feedback and suggest enhancements to continuously improve the programs.
• Foster relationships throughout the organization to promote a positive employee experience and measurable business impact.
• Gather and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of training on employee performance and organizational results.
• Acquire and develop skills in People & Culture technology platforms such as Greenhouse Onboarding, ChartHop, and Asset Engage.
• Assist in the comprehensive mid-year and year-end performance review process.
• Research and propose innovative strategies to bolster culture and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify development and engagement opportunities throughout the organization.
• Partner across functions on projects and initiatives that streamline processes and enhance the People & Culture function.
• Remain updated on trends, tools, and best practices in people operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• 0-2 years of experience in people operations, HR, recruiting, or a similar function.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in supporting or contributing to programs, events, or initiatives in a professional or academic environment.
• Ability to manage several priorities and adapt within a fast-paced, changing atmosphere.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating discussions in a professional context.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data handling and basic reporting is advantageous.
• Skillful in working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Awareness of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training platforms is a plus.
• A genuine curiosity about people and workplace culture, coupled with a strong desire to learn and grow.
